This Sweepstakes may be canceled or postponed by Sponsor, Distill Brands International™ (DBI), at any time in its sole discretion due to pandemic or any unforeseen public health measures (e.g., Coronavirus/COVID-19, lockdowns).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 2:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/19/2022 and ends at 6:00:00 PM ET on 10/28/2022 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes starts 2:00 p.m. ET on 10/19/22 and ends 6:00 p.m. ET on 10/28/22. Open to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States and Washington, D.C., excluding Rhode Island, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state/territory of residence, whichever is older) as of the date of entry. “Prize”, two (2) tickets to be awarded. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States and Washington, D.C., excluding Rhode Island, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state/territory of residence, whichever is older) as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Distill Brands International Inc. (“Sponsor”), or MLB Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.thestadiumseries.com on your computer or mobile device, click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes registration form and then fully complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry. Entries must be received by 5:59:59 p.m. ET on 10/28/2022 to be eligible for one (1) “Prize” of two (2) World Series tickets. If you choose to enter using your mobile device, standard data rates apply. Each wireless carrier’s data rate plan may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for information on data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person with valid email address. Additional entries received from any person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period beyond the specified limit will be void. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with DBI’s Terms of Use accessible at distillbrands.com/terms and Privacy Policy accessible at distillbrands.com/privacy, and entrants agree that all information submitted may be shared with DBI. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive (a) commercial emails and updates from DBI; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such emails and updates and consenting to receive such emails and updates does not impact entrant’s chances of winning. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor by telephone and/or email for Sweepstakes administration purposes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, delayed, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, undelivered, postage due or garbled entries, email or mail; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, or transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), cable, satellite or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; garbled, misrouted, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or downloading of materials from or use of the website, including, without limitation, the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or email or the announcement of the Prize. Sponsor, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who the Sponsor, as applicable, believe has attempted to tamper with, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, such entrant will be deemed, as the person named on the applicable entry form.

“Prize”: Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets for the Prize winner and his/her one (1) guest for Game 4 of the 2022 World Series (“World Series Game“). (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV“) of Prize: US$3,500.) Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations at the World Series Game shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The guests of the Prize winner must be of legal age of majority in their states of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Prize winner may take a minor guest if he/she is the parent or legal guardian of such child or legal ward.

WINNER SELCTION: Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing at 8:00:00 p.m. ET on 10/28/2022 from among all eligible entries received as of 5:59:59 p.m. ET on 10/28/2022 throughout the overall Sweepstakes Period, the random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The decisions of Sponsor, as applicable, will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) days of the date of issuance. The potential winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W9 and provide their Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. The guest of the winner (or such guest’s parent/legal guardian if guest is under the age of majority in his/her state of legal residence) may be required to execute and return a Liability Release. In the event that a potential winner declines a Prize, is not eligible to accept a Prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules, and/or cannot be contacted by Sponsor for any reason, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and Sponsor, at its sole discretion and time permitting, will randomly select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue. The return of Prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the selection of an alternate potential winner for the applicable Prize by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue.

GAME TICKET DETAILS: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to each winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities, including but not limited to the wearing of masks if and when directed and the requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., having received a final vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to the event).

MISCELLANEOUS: Unless permitted by Sponsor, no transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of Prize permitted; provided, however, Sponsor may substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, any/all transportation, passport (if applicable), baggage fees, meals, gratuities, travel insurance, and souvenirs. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that (1) Sponsor, MLB, and each of their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation or consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties, and each of their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability for, and will be held harmless from, any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damages of any kind to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participation in this Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize (or any portion thereof) and/or any travel or activity related thereto (including attendance at the game). Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) for any reason including in the event viruses, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) or for any other reason and, in the event of termination at its discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSOR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.
